The Re-Constitution Method™ is a simple yet comprehensive educational approach to reconcile the confusion, chaos and dis-ease that compounds when relational, emotional and spiritual conflicts are unresolved. Discipleship counseling employs this method in a one-on-one private setting, encouraging individuals to embrace truth and examine the foundations that shape their lives so they may experience greater measures of freedom.

We do not diagnose, treat or cure. Instead, we inspire, instruct and motivate people of all ages, walks and vocations to reason through Universal Principles of History, Government and Education. Applying these principles to every Sphere of Influence and Structure of Authority displaces the growing confusion, chaos and dis-ease of the Age, allowing us to REST.

Individuals, by design, have a fundamental understanding of what causes them stress, conflict and dis-ease—inviting clients to reason often results in transformative conversations. Therefore, the collaborative relationship within discipleship counseling is NOT the primary source of healing; the client is. Virginia facilitates the process by applying the educational model of R.E.S.T.™: The Re-Constitution Method.
Persuaded that we each have the constitution (make-up), power and authority to heal (living with greater measures of freedom), we encourage people to pursue R.E.S.T.™ and work intentionally through the Re-Constitution Method. In so doing, they can reconcile the disparity between the stories they tell themselves, those inherited and the objective truth the body carries, all of which have consequences in relational, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Research has shown that when maladaptive emotions, such as anger and worry are internalized and cycled repeatedly, they reportedly result in physiological manifestations such as migraines, heart disease, anxiety, muscle tension, gastrointestinal problems, sexual dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, etc. EVOX technology is a time and research-tested perception reframing biofeedback technology, where helpful frequencies target and unblock build-up of toxic stress and excess energies in the body. EVOX treatment helps individuals in two ways:

HeartQuest
HeartQuest utilizes an ECG (electrocardiogram) signal to evaluate and measure various aspects of an individual's health. It focuses on assessing the impact of stress on an individual's overall health and well-being. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

HeartQuest measures Heart Rate Variability (HRV), which is the variation in time intervals between successive heartbeats. It assesses HRV by analyzing the electrocardiogram (ECG) signal and breaking it down into specific frequency band components. Distinguishing between the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) and the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest/freeze), it provides insights into how an individual's body responds to stress. HeartQuest also considers neurohormonal regulation, such as cortisol release, in response to stress. Examining HRV and these components helps gauge an individual's ability to adapt to stressors and maintain resistance against physical, mental, emotional and toxic stress.

Cranial Sacral Therapy
Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the function of the craniosacral system—the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. It focuses on supporting the body's natural healing processes by relieving tension and restrictions in the central nervous system, which can influence the function of the entire body.
Cranial Sacral Therapy works by applying light touch to release fascial restrictions in the craniosacral system, helping to restore balance to the autonomic nervous system. It promotes a shift from sympathetic (fight or flight) dominance to parasympathetic (rest and digest) activity, allowing the body to access a deeper state of calm and restoration.
Through gentle facilitation, CST helps the body access and release stored traumatic imprints. Stored trauma in the body can create tension patterns, emotional blocks, and nervous system dysregulation. CST allows suppressed or unresolved experiences to safely rise to the surface, be processed, and released. This natural unwinding supports the body’s ability to somatically process and reconcile trauma, creating space for clarity, order, and ease.
